Payment and Shipping

Payments using a debit/credit card or PayPal are currently accepted. Domestic shipping (US) is $3.50, and International shipping is $10 (except for prints).

USPS Ground Advantage is the shipping method we use. Orders are expected to ship within 7-10 business days, and most shipments are insured - meaning if they get lost in the mail, you'll receive a replacement pair and we won't lose any money :)

Shipping costs and delivery times for prints depend on the size you purchase, and orders are expected to ship within 2-7 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted for 30 days after the item is delivered, and you will be provided with a return shipping label at no cost. Returns will be granted so long as there is no significant amount of damage to the items (excluding manufacturing quality issues.)

If there is an issue with the manufacturing quality of your item(s), we will issue a refund or send a free replacement pair!

Please include a photo of your item(s) and the name used for the order, or your order number. We strive to provide the best customer service experience for all who support us :)

Where are you located?

We're in Tampa, Florida!

What are the earrings made of?

The wings are made of acrylic, and the earring hooks are nickel-free silver plated steel. The lever-back hoops are stainless steel, and can be used to attach the earrings to hollow plugs for those with stretched ears! I also offer clip-on options for most earring designs.

Are the earrings heavy?

They are very lightweight even though they're pretty big!

Can I get a custom pair?

I would love to design you a special pair! My availability will depend on the number of orders I must fulfill and the time constraint of your request. Please submit a request by emailing official.trinkets.contact@gmail.com or sending a form under the "Contact" tab.
